I have planned events throughout the world. Certainly this stands out as the worst vendor. Frankly it’s a scam. We ordered outdoor furniture that was their responsibility to pick up at the end of the event. They didn’t. And it rained overnight. They charged us for damage. Why would there be damage of outdoor furniture with rain? Furthermore, they kept a very large deposit. Unfortunately, they were the exclusive vendor for Cap Rocat so I had no choice, but to use them. Be wary if you do. Criminal behavior.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Ars Festum recently, and I cannot express how deeply unsatisfied I am with their services. In my experience, this company appears to be running a calculated scam targeting innocent customers by falsely claiming damages to equipment in order to pocket their hard-earned security deposits. My nightmare began when I rented equipment from Ars Festum for a wedding. The equipment was in perfectly fine condition when I received it, but when I returned it, they accused me of causing extensive damage. These claims were not only unfounded but also entirely fabricated. The equipment was mishandled on their end, and I was unfairly held responsible. Over a week had elapsed before Ars Festum finally shared images of the sofas, showing them tarnished with dirt. Their explanation for the delay was rather puzzling: ""Unfortunately, due to staff rest, we could not have the final result of the review of the collected material until yesterday afternoon." It raises a legitimate question: how can they confidently attribute the damage to our event when it took them more than a week to produce these photographs? Furthermore, it seems highly improbable that such damage could have occurred during our upscale black-tie affair. Is it not more reasonable to suspect that the dirt and rips resulted from the mishandling of their own staff? This experience has left me deeply disheartened and frustrated. Ars Festum's unethical business practices are not only deceptive but also financially damaging to their customers. I implore anyone considering their services to exercise extreme caution and seek out a more reputable and honest equipment rental company. I hope that my review can spare others from falling victim to this scam. It's not surprising that this company already has several bad reviews.

Ars Festum ist der perfekte Anbieter, wenn es um besonders schöne und spektakuläre Dekoration und Blumendeko geht. Im Juni hatte ich das Vergnügen mit Nadja und ihrem Team zu arbeiten: Alles super nett und sehr engagiert. Das Ergebnis war ein Traum und mein Brautpaar, sowie die Gäste waren mehr, als begeistert.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Rufe seit 3 Tagen an und es wird gesagt jemand ruft zurück . Zusätzlich hatte ich vorab gefragt ob es ein Minimum als Budget gibt , sie hatten nein gesagt und dann wollten sie nicht mehr mit mir arbeiten , weil ich keine 3.500€ zahlen wollte für deco die mir nicht einmal gefallen hat .

Deposit will be reduced by almost 200 Euro without any information because of a broken glas and burned tablecloth? No communication etc. Furthermore at the weddingday, no contact Person was there to answer questions, no fotos of the wedding flowers in advance! For that price and amount of money.. no recommendation!

We worked with Ars Festum for two years while planning our wedding at Cap Rocat that happened August 2021. The team went above and beyond to work with us, especially since we had to reschedule three times due to COVID. Not only were they professional and executed our vision beyond our expectations, they were kind and always had a positive attitude. Nadja always gave us the sense that she had our best interest at heart and made everything work with our budget. I couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone looking to make any event one to remember!

Ars Festum team is highly recommended. They were kind and professional. They respected our ideas along with inspiring us with new ideas. Communication was also great; they responded to emails detailed and promptly. They were also very patient and updated our proposals numerous times until we were 100% satisfied. Our vision came to life and was even more beautiful than what we had expected! The flowers that were used were of high quality and everything was organized and placed beautifully. My partner and I would definitely work with them again.

Sehr nette Beratung und viel Inspiration. Wir durften auch hinter die Kulissen ins Lager schauen um zu sehen, welche Dekomaterialien es gibt. Man sollte jedoch wissen, auch wenn man mit einer kleineren Gruppe feiern will, dass die Arbeit erst ab 7000 Euro startet. Wenn man also gar nicht so viel braucht ist das budgettechnisch natürlich zu teuer.

Excellent services, really attentive and saved us with some last minute additions we needed for our wedding at very short notice - highly recommend! The only this I would advise is that it would be beneficial to use a payment link for the security deposit rather than transfer, because when you transfer back I lost £200 on your exchange rate :( Otherwise, amazing!

Even standard decorations are completely overpriced, difficult communication, no individual planning (maybe only for the really big fish), the focus is on profit :-(
